Graduate in Art History and Diploma in Teaching in the specialty of Music from the University of La Laguna, directs Camerata Lacunensis since the year 2000.

Take Choral Conducting classes, Singing and Vocal Technique, Instrumental Direction, Technique applied to the Clave and Basso Continuo of the teachers Joan Ferrer, Christopher Soler, Pilar Montoya, Javier Busto, Paolo Da Col, Magdalena Leon, Lluís Vila or Albert Alcaraz.

As a composer, has premiered works with his own choir, at the same time as several choirs, both national and international, have performed his works. His work “The afternoon on the roofss”, for mixed choir, It has been declared a “work of interest” in the VIII Amadeus International Composition Competition of Puebla de la Calzada, Badajoz.

As director of Camerata Lacunensis has achieved up to 27 both national and international awards.

He has directed the groups “Aires de Hesperia”, “The Regency”, “The Forest”, “Il Groppolo Spagnuolo” and “Capilla Nivariense”, professional historicist groups, carrying out projects for the recovery and dissemination of Renaissance and Baroque repertoire.

Performs premieres of contemporary choral music by composers such as Dante Andreo, Javier Busto, Samuel Aguilar, Alessandro Cadario, Andres Malachevski, Raquel Cristobal Ramos, Daniel Roca, Rayco Santana, Sergio Rodriguez, Ylenia Álvarez Gil, Lothar Siemens or Francisco González Afonso.

He has also directed the “Coral Ajijide” of Guía de Isora, carrying out intense work to disseminate choral music in the southern municipality of the island of Tenerife.

Develops the continuo from the portative organ and the harpsichord as a member of historicist groups, acting in 2006 and 2007 in Mexico and Guatemala.

Participates in several recordings as Choir Master or Director.

as a baritone, He is currently part of the “Tenerife Film Choir”, official choir of Fimucité, prestigious Film Music festival that takes place annually in Tenerife.

He has been a member of the international jury at the 51st and 53rd International Seghizzi Choral Competition (2014 and 2016), which is celebrated in Gorizia, Italia.

He is a founding partner of AEDCORO, Spanish Association of Choir Directors, created in October 2016 in Burgos.
