The CORO AURUM from Luanco (Asturias) won the title of winner of the 45 Edition of the Certamen Coral Fira de Tots Sants, VI Firacor Awards, which took place last Saturday 8 November at the El Teular Cultural Center in Cocentaina, prize worth €6,000. The CORO ENCANTO from Griñón (Madrid) won the Audience Award, endowed with €600, chosen by popular vote among those attending the Contest, that filled the auditorium.

Elena Rosso, director of the CORO AURUM, won the award for Best Direction.

By winning the first prize of the Contest, The CORO AURUM obtains a place to participate in the NATIONAL GRAND PRIZE FOR CHORAL SINGING 2026, which will be held next November in Cocentaina. The winners of the 5 most renowned national Choral Contests in Spain, and will be held in Cocentaina for the first time.
