Francesc Gamón Olmo
Born in Sagunto (Valencia) in 1986. He has a higher degree in orchestra conducting, choir and piano direction by the Superior Conservatory of Valencia. Expand your training in renowned centers, such as the ESMuC of Barcelona, the Academia Chigiana de Siena (Italia) and Berklee College of Music. His continuous training in the field of musical direction includes numerous improvement courses and master classes with teachers such as Gianluigi Gelmetti, Pablo Heras-Casado, Bruno Aprea, Enrique García Asensio, Christopher Soler, Omer Meir Wellber, Josep Ramon Gil-Tàrrega, Juan Luis Martínez, Eduardo Cifre, Vasco Negreiros and Martin Schmidt. He has been in charge of many groups., among which the Bulgaria Classic Foundation Orchestra of Sofia stands out, the Hulencourt orchestra and choir of Brussels, the Malaga Provincial Youth Orchestra, and the Symphonic Band, the Symphony Orchestra and the Choir of the Unió Musical de Llíria.
Pay special attention to early music and in 2013 founds L'Arkadia, a group specialized in the study and performance of music before 1800 with historical instruments and criteria, of which he is musical and artistic director. He has participated as orchestra director in the recording of various CDs.
Since his directorial debut in the year 2005 He has been the owner of various vocal and instrumental groups. He is currently leading the Ad Libitum Chamber Choir of the Escola Coral Veus Juntes, with whom he has achieved some of the most prestigious national awards, activity that combines with teaching at the Higher Conservatory of Music of Valencia.
