I FIRACOR PARTICIPATORY FESTIVAL
The FIRA DE TOTS SANTS CHORAL COMPETITION of Cocentaina launches a new training initiative aimed at enabling the interpretation of great works from the symphonic-choral repertoire for lovers of choir music.
It is a PARTICIPATORY FESTIVAL, fully accessible upon registration, which will develop four training days focused, each of them, to an aspect of the work to be studied. For this first edition, the famous “REQUIEM” in D minor Opus 48 by Gabriel Fauré.
The Festival will take place between 31/3/2022 and the 3/4/2022, with the following calendar of activities:
- Thursday 31/3, at 22:00 hours in the “House of Youth” of Cocentaina: “VOCAL TECHNIQUE TALLER”, directed by the singing teacher Raúl Belda Jover.
- Friday 1/4, at 22:00 hours in the “Youth House” of Cocentaina: “WORKSHOP ON CHORAL WORK IN THE REQUIEM OF G. FAURE”, by J.osep Robert Sellés i Camps.
- Saturday 2/4, at 17:00 hours in the “Youth House” of Cocentaina: “CONCERTATION WORKSHOP ON THE REQUIEM OF G. FAURE”, directed by Josep Robert Sellés i Camps.
- Domingo 3/4, at 19:00 hours in the Church of San Juan Bautista de Muro del Alcoy: “FINAL CONCERT OF THE I FIRACOR PARTICIPATORY FESTIVAL”, directed by Josep Robert Sellés i Camps.
